Free ESL Classes sponsored by the Delaware County Literacy Council.
9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday and Wednesday and
12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday
To come to these classes, you must first register wih the Delaware County Literacy Council. Call them at 610-876-4811 to make an appointment to go in for a test. They are located at 2217 Providence Avenue in Chester. You can get there by taking the 109 bus from the 69th Street Terminal. Their website is www.delcoliteracy.org
